TJ Personal Branding Concierge LLC, doing business as TJ Branding ("TJ Branding," "we," "our," or "us"), respects your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and otherwise process personal information when you interact with TJ Branding through our websites, forms, communications, services, AI-powered tools, digital products, or other online experiences that link to this Policy.
This Policy applies to information that TJ Branding controls for its own business purposes.
When TJ Branding processes personal information solely on behalf of a client, the client may be the organization responsible for determining how that information is used. In those circumstances, the client's own privacy notice and our contractual obligations to that client may govern the processing.
That controller/processor distinction is one of the most important additions missing from your strategy document.
Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with TJ Branding, we may collect the following categories of information. Contact and identity information This may include: name; email address; telephone number; company or organization; job title; and other contact information you voluntarily provide. Business and project information When you request services, complete an assessment, use a business tool, or work with TJ Branding, we may receive information about: your organization; products or services; business objectives; marketing activities; brand information; websites and digital properties; project requirements; budgets or timelines where voluntarily provided; campaign or performance information; and other information relevant to the requested service. Communications We may process information contained in: emails; contact forms; consultation requests; support inquiries; feedback; meeting communications; and other correspondence. Website and device information Depending on your settings and the technologies used on our website, we may collect: IP address; browser type; device information; operating system; referring pages; pages viewed; interaction information; approximate location derived from technical information; cookie or similar technology identifiers; and website performance information. AI tool inputs and outputs If you use a TJ Branding AI-enabled tool, we may process: information you submit to the tool; selections and responses made during the experience; prompts or structured inputs; generated outputs; technical and usage information; and information necessary to operate, troubleshoot, improve, or secure the tool. Do not submit confidential, legally privileged, highly sensitive, or regulated personal information through a public TJ Branding AI tool unless the tool expressly requests that information and the applicable terms authorize its use.
How We Use Information
We may use information for legitimate business and operational purposes, including: to provide and operate our website and services; respond to inquiries; communicate with prospects and clients; prepare proposals and recommendations; perform contracted services; operate AI-enabled tools and workflows; generate reports, summaries, analyses, or other requested outputs; personalize or improve user experiences; manage client relationships; support internal business operations; analyze website and service performance; improve our services, systems, and workflows; detect abuse, fraud, security incidents, or technical problems; maintain records; comply with legal obligations; enforce agreements and policies; and establish, exercise, or defend legal rights. Where required by applicable law, we rely on an appropriate legal basis for processing, which may include consent, performance of a contract, compliance with law, or legitimate interests.
How AI May Process Information
TJ Branding may use AI systems to assist with certain services and workflows. Depending on the use case, information may be transmitted to a third-party AI or cloud technology provider for processing. AI may assist with functions such as: summarization; classification; organization; content generation; research assistance; analysis; workflow routing; software development; reporting; marketing recommendations; and preparation of preliminary business insights. We seek to use AI systems in a manner proportionate to the purpose and sensitivity of the information involved. We do not intentionally use confidential client information or personal information submitted to us to train publicly available foundation models for TJ Branding's own benefit unless authorized and appropriately disclosed.
Information We Disclose
We may disclose information to categories of recipients including: Service providers and technology vendors Organizations that support functions such as: hosting; cloud infrastructure; AI processing; analytics; email; collaboration; customer relationship management; payments; automation; security; and software development. These providers may process information according to their own contractual obligations and applicable privacy terms. Clients Where TJ Branding operates a workflow for a client, information submitted through that workflow may be provided to that client as necessary to perform the intended service. Professional advisors Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to attorneys, accountants, insurers, consultants, or other professional advisors. Business transactions Information may be transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law. Legal and safety reasons We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, enforce our agreements, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or respond to lawful government requests.
Sale, Sharing and Targeted Advertising
TJ Branding does not sell personal information for money as part of our ordinary business model. However, certain advertising, analytics, or website technologies may constitute "sharing," "targeted advertising," or similar processing under some privacy laws. Where required by applicable law, we provide users with applicable notice and choices regarding those activities.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, analytics tools, and similar technologies to: operate the website; remember preferences; understand website usage; improve performance; measure campaigns; maintain security; and support advertising where applicable. TJ Branding uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information appropriate to the nature of the data and the systems involved. Depending on the system, these measures may include: access controls; password management; multifactor authentication; least-privilege access; vendor access restrictions; encryption provided by hosting or technology vendors; secure cloud platforms; backups; monitoring; access removal procedures; software updates; incident response procedures; and employee or contractor access restrictions. No system or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Breach and Incident Response
TJ Branding maintains processes for identifying, investigating, containing, documenting, and responding to security or AI-related incidents appropriate to our operations. Depending on the circumstances, an incident may involve: unauthorized data access; accidental disclosure; loss of information; compromised credentials; AI output outside approved scope; system or integration failure; inappropriate disclosure through an automated workflow; or third-party provider incidents. Where notification is required by applicable law or contract, TJ Branding will work with relevant parties to provide required notices.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, which may include the right to: request access; request correction; request deletion; obtain certain information in a portable format; restrict or object to certain processing; opt out of certain targeted advertising; opt out of sale or sharing where applicable; withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; and appeal certain privacy-request decisions where applicable. California Privacy Notice

Where applicable, these may include rights relating to: access; correction; deletion; portability; information about collection and disclosure; opt-out of sale or sharing; limiting certain uses of sensitive personal information; and non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights. Our applicable notices at collection and privacy controls provide additional information about the information collected and available choices.
European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Other International Users
If applicable law provides additional privacy protections, TJ Branding will process personal information in accordance with applicable requirements. Where the GDPR or similar law applies, TJ Branding may process information based on one or more lawful bases, including: consent; performance of a contract; compliance with a legal obligation; or legitimate interests, where appropriate. International technology providers may process information in countries other than the country in which the user is located. Where required, appropriate contractual or other lawful transfer mechanisms may be used. Eligible individuals may also have rights to lodge a complaint with their applicable data protection authority.
Children
TJ Branding's website and business services are intended primarily for businesses and adults. Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13 through our general website or business services. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, contact us so we can evaluate and address the issue.
Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website, communications, tools, and client projects may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, or services. TJ Branding does not control the independent privacy practices of third parties. We encourage users to review the privacy notices and terms of any third-party services they choose to use.
Client Data and Confidential Information
Information received from clients may also be governed by contracts, confidentiality obligations, statements of work, data processing terms, or other agreements. Where those agreements impose requirements greater than this general Privacy Policy, the applicable contractual terms govern the relevant client relationship to the extent provided by law. TJ Branding seeks to limit access to client information to individuals and service providers that reasonably need access for the intended engagement.
Intellectual Property and AI Inputs
This is worth adding because of your consulting and AI tool work. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have appropriate rights and permissions to submit information, materials, content, trademarks, images, documents, or other intellectual property to TJ Branding or its tools. Submitting content to an AI-assisted workflow does not automatically transfer ownership of that content to TJ Branding except as otherwise provided in an applicable agreement. Ownership and permitted use of work product created during client engagements are governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, license, or client agreement.
Automated Decision-Making
TJ Branding does not currently intend its general website AI tools to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning individuals. Our AI-assisted marketing and operational tools are generally designed to support information organization, analysis, education, workflow efficiency, or human decision-making. Where TJ Branding develops a client system involving materially different automated decision-making, that workflow should be separately assessed and governed by applicable client agreements and legal requirements.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy periodically to reflect changes in our services, technology, business practices, legal requirements, or privacy standards. When we make material changes, we may provide additional notice where required or appropriate. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when this Policy was most recently revised.
